Venice Holt "Mom" Venice Catherine "Kate" Lloyd Holt, 85, passed away March 3, 2011. Born December 4, 1925 in River Heights, Utah, daughter of Archie E. and Agnes Elizabeth Neddo Lloyd. Married William Ralph Holt November 1, 1943; later divorced. She was devout in her LDS faith and tried to live the gospel, with special emphasis on befriending others. Survived by daughter, Patricia Venice Holt; brother, Dr. Bennion N. Lloyd; sister, Phyllis P. Schow; many nieces and nephews whom she treated as her own children; and best friend, Shirl Rock.
